An award-winning social entrepreneur, she serves as a Community Ambassador for The Curve Theatre Leicester and is deeply committed to lifelong education to ensure our charity remains accountable and progressive. Donna brings specialised expertise as a Mental Health First Aider and FGM Officer. Her leadership is rooted in the values of Equality and Diversity, ensuring that NPCM is an inclusive space for everyone in Leicester.
